ChicknTurtle’s Better Shield Resource Pack (1.21.8, 1.20.1) is a practical and stylistically clean resource pack aimed at improving shield visibility and visual quality in Minecraft. It adjusts the shield model to take up significantly less screen space when blocking – letting you see more of your surroundings – and includes a smoother, aesthetically refreshed shield texture for a sharper look. It also enhances the clarity of banner designs applied to shields (thanks to inspiration from VanillaTweaks), and ensures shields display more attractively in item frames and GUI slots, keeping the shield centered and neat.
