Crownfall Plugin brings chess-themed rank progression and high-stakes survival rules to your server. Players start as simple Pawns and craft their way up toward the throne with custom upgrade items. Advancing to higher tiers demands risky rituals, strict gear limitations, and brutal survival trials. A three-life system keeps tensions high, sending players to the graveyard if they run out of second chances.

Features:

Chess Rank Upgrades: Players craft special upgrade tokens using items and a Nether Star to climb ranks from Pawn upward.
Queen Ascension Ritual: Rooks set a chest on a Netherite Block with required items and defend the protected altar for 30 minutes.
The King Trial: Queens holding a Dragon Egg must survive inside a trial zone for an hour and 15 minutes to take the crown.
Three-Life System: Each player starts with three lives, facing rank demotions or server bans if they lose all of them.
Aegis of Revival: Teammates craft a revive item to open the graveyard menu and bring banned allies back into the game.
Rank Gear Restrictions: Lower ranks face item limits while higher tiers unlock access to advanced armor and weapons.
Blocks placed too close to the Queen ritual altar vanish and return to the player inventory automatically.
Failing or leaving the King Trial triggers a 12-hour personal cooldown before another attempt can begin.
Players can step down a rank safely with withdrawal commands to retrieve their upgrade tokens.

Commands:

/withdraw: Drops your rank back by one level and returns your upgrade token.
/demote: Serves as an alternative command to step down one rank and get your token.
/queentime: Shows how much time remains on active Queen Ascension rituals.
/kingtrialstart: Starts the survival trial for the King rank while holding a Dragon Egg.
/kingtrialtime: Displays the remaining survival time for any ongoing King Trials.
/chess set <PlayerName> <Rank>: Sets the specified rank for a player.
/chess give <PlayerName> <Item> <Amount>: Grants rank upgrade tokens or an Aegis of Revival to a player.

Configuration:

DisableDefaultRankPerms: Toggles off default rank equipment limits while keeping custom ban and permission setups active.

How to Use:

Craft a rank upgrade item by combining required resources with a Nether Star.
Right-click the upgrade item in hand to climb to your next chess rank.
Complete the 30-minute Queen ritual altar defense once you reach the Rook rank.
Hold a Dragon Egg and run /kingtrialstart to survive the King Trial and claim the throne.
Craft an Aegis of Revival to rescue fallen teammates from the graveyard menu if they lose all three lives.
