Dreadful Horrors Addon (1.21) adds three more terrifying bosses. These bosses are collectively known as Primal Fear Creatures. Summoning them requires using the item *Distaste of Terror* on Zombies, Skeletons, or Mortals. When the item is used on a monster, it will change its form and transform into new boss types.
