Towers, towns, large houses and ships come from Medieval Buildings, an add-on that fills the landscape with new points of interest. Every structure is made only from vanilla blocks, so it fits the default look.

Towers can appear in almost any biome, while towns and big houses spawn mostly in grassland to avoid deforming the terrain, and ships sail on the oceans. Inside you may find resources, enemies or villagers living in the new settlements. The add-on adds no new blocks or items, and it works alongside other structure and biome add-ons in Minecraft Bedrock.
