Riptide is a trident exclusive enchantment that allows you to propel yourself to heights. In the vanilla game, this effect can only be used if you are in contact with water, or if it is raining. Riptide Outside Water Mod (1.21.8) is here to remove this limitation. This mod basically allows you to use the riptide effect everywhere, even if it is not raining.
