Shiny’s Pogolotls Resource Pack simply adds axolotls with open mouths, which specifically have a 25% chance to naturally replace axolotls or a 100% chance if named “Pogolotl”. Noted that this pack need Optifine installation to work well. Since it doesn’t change any models, using the pack without Optifine will replace all axolotls with pogolotls. These are using the vanilla unused mouth textures (though they have been modified).
