As a huge fan of the Final Fantasy game franchise, I can’t help but include some of its most iconic characters in this list. My first FF experience was with Final Fantasy X back in 2001 for the PS2, but since then, I’ve caught up with all the games I’ve missed and played every single release. I’m sure many of you can relate! Although I have my favorite characters, there are so many that are so well-designed that they would look amazing in Minecraft. This list includes a diverse range of characters, so if you’re also a big FF fan, there’s sure to be a skin that catches your eye.

1. Moogle

Moogles are a recurring species in the Final Fantasy franchise, and they serve various roles in each game. In most games, they serve as save points, shopkeepers, or just adorable creatures that enhance the game’s world. However, they have played crucial roles in some games, such as Final Fantasy Tactics Advance. Moogles have also appeared in other series outside of Final Fantasy, such as Kingdom Hearts.

2. Vivi (FFIX)

Vivi, the black mage from Final Fantasy IX, is a highly recognizable character, even among those who haven’t played the game. His popularity is a testament to his appeal. Initially, he comes across as clumsy and fearful of his own abilities. However, as the game progresses, he grows more confident and powerful.

3. Sephiroth (FFVII)

Final Fantasy VII is widely considered as one of the most beloved titles in the series, and it also features one of the most iconic villains: Sephiroth. 6. Tifa Lockhart (FFVII)

Tifa is undoubtedly one of the most unforgettable female protagonists in the Final Fantasy series. In fact, she’s arguably one of the most formidable hand-to-hand combatants in any game. 7. Aerith Gainsborough (FFVII)

Continuing with Final Fantasy VII, we have Aerith, who is essentially the healer of the game. The name “cactuar” itself gives you a good idea of what this creature is all about – a cactus-like fantasy creature. Their first appearance was in Final Fantasy VI as Cactrots, but since then they have become a beloved recurring character in the series.

Rikku is a spirited Al Bhed girl featured in Final Fantasy X, and she stands out as the most lively of the group. When Tidus and Wakka get on Rikku’s underwater Machina after an attempted kidnapping of Yuna to halt her pilgrimage, they end up partnering with her for the rest of the journey. In the game, Rikku is more of a thief type character, and her appearance fits this archetype perfectly.

10. Prince Noctis (FFXV)

Prince Noctis is the next in line to the throne of Lucis. His planned marriage to Lunafreya is disrupted when his kingdom is invaded, and he must unite with his comrades to regain control of his homeland. This Noctis skin for Minecraft is spot-on, capturing all of his defining features. Fans of Final Fantasy 15 won’t want to miss out on this incredible skin.

This custom skin features the suave leading man himself. Balthier, the sky pirate from Final Fantasy XII, is without a doubt one of the most charming characters in the series. 12. Auron (FFX)

The reason why Auron’s arm is always hidden in his shirt remains a mystery, but it definitely adds to his bad-ass persona, which is further accentuated by the enormous sword he wields throughout Final Fantasy X. Auron’s design is undoubtedly one of the most intimidating in the entire series, and many fans are drawn to his unique look.
