ContentTweaker Registry Orderer Mod (1.12.2) – Fix ContentTweaker Random Ordering

ContentTweaker Registry Orderer Mod is a little core mod to replace ContentTweaker’s unordered registry maps with ordered maps. This allows for the preservation of the script registration order, which helps keep Just Enough Items nice and clean.
