LootBags Mod (1.12.2, 1.11.2) – Find Treasure Bags on Mobs

LootBags Mod adds special bags filled with treasure that you can find in your Minecraft world. These bags drop from monsters, passive mobs, and even other players. You can also find them inside chests generated in dungeons, mineshafts, or temples. The items inside come from vanilla loot tables, with rarer bags giving you better rewards. This mod also includes special blocks like a recycler to turn unwanted items into new loot bags.

Features:

• Find bags of loot dropped by mobs or in dungeon chests.
• Discover different types of bags, including common ones and secret bags that only appear under certain conditions.
• Use the Loot Recycler block to turn unwanted items from loot bags into brand new bags.
• Automate the process with the Bag Opener, a block that opens bags for you.
• Convert bags into a special value using the Bag Storage block, then use that value to create other types of bags.
• The mod is highly configurable, allowing you to change what items can appear in the bags.

Commands:

Several commands are included to help manage the mod, especially for pack makers:

• lootbags_itemdump: Creates a text file listing every possible item from the loot tables.
• lootbags_identifysources: Dumps a file with information about all registered loot sources.
• lootbags_dumphelditem: Generates a whitelist entry for the item you are currently holding.
• lootbags_inventorydump: Creates whitelist entries for every item in your inventory.
• lootbags_reloadconfig: Reloads the mod’s configuration files without needing to restart the game.
