Unearthed Journey Mod (1.20.1, 1.20) – Explore a Land Before Time

Unearthed Journey Mod adds three new dimensions based on the Cenozoic era for you to explore. This mod fills your world with over 30 detailed prehistoric animals, four new types of wood, two new ores, and a challenging boss fight. Each dimension contains special areas called Formations, which are like biomes designed to look like real ancient ecosystems with the correct plants and animals.

• Explore three Cenozoic dimensions: the Paleogene, Neogene, and Pleistocene.
• Discover over 30 new, highly detailed prehistoric animals.
• Find four new woodsets and two new ores, Lead and Manganese.
• Mine Peat to create Peat Pies, which can be dried and used as an efficient fuel source.
• Use Lead to craft blast-proof decorative blocks.
• Craft Manganese Steel into cold-resistant armor, a satchel that works like a backpack, and a Rock Pick for mining tough blocks.
• Plant Platypodium Seed Pods to easily farm legume logs.
• Tame a Leptictidium with a seed pouch. Once tamed, it can dig for useful items every two minutes.

How to Use:

1. Find the Temple to Methuselah, which spawns in jungle biomes.
2. Go inside the temple and defeat the Methuselah boss to get the Eye of Methuselah.
3. Locate a Forgotten Portal structure in the overworld.
4. Make sure the four corner blocks of the portal match the dimension you want to visit.
5. Complete the sides of the portal frame using archstone pillars.
6. Use the Eye of Methuselah on the portal to activate it and travel to the past.
