Disabilities Mod (1.21.11) – Survive with Random Physical and Mental Challenges

Disabilities Mod adds random physical and mental conditions that challenge your normal survival gameplay over time. You gain a new condition every ten minutes by default, forcing you to adapt your playstyle as penalties accumulate. Players can customize timer intervals, turn off the automated timer, or pick specific challenges directly for custom survival runs.

Disability Types:

• Schizophrenia creates visual and auditory hallucinations that are not real.
• Mute blocks your ability to send chat messages.
• Seizures trigger randomly when you take damage, lose hunger, or gain negative status effects.
• Cancer slowly reduces your maximum health pool over time.
• OCD forces you to follow random compulsions during gameplay.
• Amputated Offhand removes access to your offhand item slot.
• Amputated Leg forces you to jump in order to move forward.
• Dyslexia scrambles text across menus and items so you cannot read normally.
• Short lowers your character height by half a block and shortens your reach distance.
• Dementia makes random items disappear from your inventory.
• Asthma causes suffocation if you sprint for extended periods.
• Cerebral Palsy triggers unexpected random movements or clicks.
• Narcolepsy causes your character to fall asleep without warning.
• Parkinson’s makes your crosshair shake constantly.
• Pollen Allergy inflicts poison whenever you walk near pollen sources.
• Insomnia prevents you from sleeping in beds.
• Arthritis increases your total mining and attack cooldown times.
• Brittle Bones doubles all incoming fall damage.
• ADHD randomly switches your active hotbar slot.
• Tourette’s jerks your camera angle and forces random chat messages.
• Vertigo tilts and spins your screen at random moments.
• Prosopagnosia makes all mobs share identical visual models.
• Scoliosis keeps your camera view permanently tilted to the side.
• Kleptomania blocks you from dropping items from your inventory.
• Lactose Intolerance instantly kills your character upon drinking milk.
• Anosognosia hides your active condition list from view completely.

Commands:

• /disability give : Gives specific, random, or all conditions to target players.
• /disability remove : Clears specific, random, or all conditions from target players.
• /disability list : Displays a list of active conditions on target players.
• /disability next : Skips the active timer countdown and triggers the next condition immediately.
• /disability reset: Clears all active conditions and resets the timer back to its start.
• /disability timer : Disables the automatic timer or changes the interval length.

How to Use:

1. Press ` (Grave accent) to open or close the condition list overlay on your screen.
2. Use the timer command to adjust how fast new conditions appear during your survival world.
3. Type the give or remove commands in chat to test specific conditions on yourself or other players.
