Many players will fix the terrain manually, the rest will leave the ugly terrain as it is. Anti Creeper Mod (1.21.1, 1.21) is here with the solution. This mod makes it so that creeper explosions no longer break blocks. They still do damage to entities and can cause damage to the player.
