Block Properties Mod (1.7.10) – Deep Customization for Blocks

Block Properties Mod gives you complete control over how blocks behave in Minecraft. You can change almost any property for blocks from the vanilla game or from other mods. For example, you can decide how fast a block breaks, what items it drops, or how much XP it gives. The mod does nothing on its own; all changes are made by editing its configuration files.
