This mod basically allows you to pre-set the enchantments given out by an enchanting table. This is done by placing a chiseled bookshelf closer to an enchanting table and then placing a book of your desired enchanting into the bookshelf. This also allows you to obtain treasure enchantments like mending and from an enchanting table.
