Country Road Creature Mod (1.20.1, 1.19.2) – Night Stalker Approaches

Country Road Creature Mod (1.20.1, 1.19.2) adds a fast and dangerous night stalker inspired by the Trevor Henderson universe. The creature appears only at night, watches players from a distance, and becomes more hostile as its phase increases.

Features:

• Adds the monster Country Road Creature
• Tall, thin humanoid with very high speed, health, and damage
• Spawns only at night
• Mainly appears in forests and plains
• Despawns in daytime unless already engaged

General Behavior

• Stalks players silently from a distance
• May vanish if detected too early
• Can disguise itself as a Pillager until damaged
• Becomes fully hostile in later phases

Combat Abilities

• When aggressive it can:
  • Break fragile blocks like leaves, wood, and glass
  • Leap forward quickly
  • Launch players into the air
  • Throw rocks at targets
• May retreat when low on health

Phase System

• Behavior changes by phase level:
• Phase 0
  • No activity
• Phase 1
  • Spawns and watches from far away
  • Disappears if players get too close or hit it
• Phase 2
  • Moves closer to players
  • Stops at medium distance and continues stalking
  • Flees if approached
• Phase 3
  • Can become aggressive at close range
  • Uses full attack abilities

Configuration

• Change phase with gamerule setCountryRoadCreaturePhase (0–3)
• Phase can also be changed with special phase items or commands
• Block breaking can be disabled with mobGriefing = false
