Deep Efficiency Data Pack (1.19.3, 1.19.2) – Break Basalt Faster

Deep Efficiency Data Pack makes use of the enchanting system to help you break basalt faster. With the introduction of the Caves and Cliffs update, you can now commonly find basalt deep underground. Compare to stone, basalt is much more resilient and it takes a longer time to break. Basalt also can not be instantly mined with Efficiency V and Haste II so this can hinder your ability to quickly mine out an area that you want. This data pack introduces a solution called the “Deep Efficiency” enchantment. The Deep Efficiency enchantment increases your pickaxe efficiency against Basalt up to three levels. With Deep Efficiency, you can now instantly mine Basalt if you have Efficiency V and Haste II. Have fun!

• New enchantment to help you break basalt quicker.
• Deep Efficiency Pickaxe can be found in Ancient Cities, Mineshafts, or sold by Toolsmiths.
• You can hold a Diamond Pickaxe or Netherite Pickaxe in your hand then type this command [/item modify entity @s weapon.mainhand deepmining:enchant_deep_mining] to enchant it with Deep Efficiency.
