Fathomless Crimson Mod (1.20.1) is a horror-focused Minecraft mod that introduces a hostile faction and a powerful entity called The Undaunted. Unlike traditional horror mods that rely on constant jumpscares or unavoidable deaths, this mod emphasizes balanced gameplay, progression, and combat mastery. The mod is inspired by Born In Chaos, Aquamirae, and Cave Dweller. Event System
- Uses an accumulated chance system

Main Entity – The Undaunted
- A corrupted crimson deer-like creature
- Not invincible – fully killable

- Can swim and teleport (anti-cheese mechanic)
- Before spawning, a red warning may appear in the action bar
- Purple attacks break shields if blocking
- Purple attacks deal no damage if not blocking

  - Crafted by upgrading an iron sword with a crimson ingot
  - Applies Bleed (10s) and Wither (5s)
  - 6 damage, 2.1 attack speed
  - Dagger moveset if Better Combat is installed
- Sanguine Blade
  - Upgraded from Crimson Dagger using Sanguine Necklace
  - Focuses on lifesteal and absorption
  - Applies stacking Sundering (reduces enemy damage, increases damage taken)
- Staff of Malice
  - Right-click casts explosive blood orb
  - Deals 15 damage
  - Applies Bleeding II (6s)

  - Upgradeable greatsword
  - Default AOE swing with cooldown
