Just Enough Characters Mod (26.1.2, 1.20.1) – Search in Chinese Pinyin

Just Enough Characters Mod is a tweak to many mods to search in Chinese Pinyin. Now you can use pinyin (full pinyin or consonants or mixed) to search for everything in Chinese, the same as the original way. Support is added for phonetics input, using Daqian keyboard. To use it, you need to change the keyboard to Daqian in config. In addition, it could be very helpful to switch on ‘EnableForceQuote’ in config file, which can solve conflict in JEI’s separating logic and spell of phonetic method.

Just Enough Characters solves that problem by connecting directly to the internet to change the working mechanisms of those functions, allowing players to use pinyin.
