LazyDFU Mod (1.20.6, 1.20.1) – Make The Game Start Much Faster

LazyDFU Mod cuts the time Minecraft spends starting up by putting off work the game does not need yet. Minecraft normally builds every rule for converting old worlds to the current version before the game window even shows up, and that step is slow on both CPU and memory. This mod lets that system load, but stops it from baking all those rules in advance. The rules get built only if a world really has to be converted. On a slow laptop that saves close to a minute of staring at a black screen.

• Skips the rule baking that Minecraft normally finishes before the game window appears.
• Builds world conversion rules only at the moment a world actually needs converting.
• Saves the most time on weaker hardware, where that step can take close to a minute instead of a few seconds.
