The perfect solution to this problem is here – Portable Tables Mod (1.20.1, 1.19.3) makes it so that every workbench and utility block can be used while they are in your inventory. This includes blocks like the crafting table, blast furnace, cartography table, and more. All that you have to do is to place these blocks in a crafting grid along with a stick to convert the block into its portable version. The crafting recipes are given below. To use the portable stations, you simply have to hold them in your hand and right click. This will open up their GUI, from where you can make use of the block.
