Prehistoric Vanilla Addon (1.19) features a vanilla look while introducing realistic dinosaurs with innovative gameplay mechanics. The creatures in this addon range from aquatic animals such as Pliosaurus to terrestrial ones like Velociraptors, which will spawn naturally in the game world. Currently, there are 6 unique creatures available.

Velociraptor:

Biome: Rare spawn in forests
Health: 25
Damage: 2
Behavior: Aggressive towards livestock and players
Tamable: Protoeratops Leg
Breedable: Protoceratops Leg
Healable: Raw meat

Sometimes will pounce on targets.

Runs when low on health and will target livestock. On killing livestock it will regenerate some health.

Can pick up and use items, like food/totems.

Mononkyus:

Biome: Deserts
Health: 7
Behavior: Passive
Breedable: Fermented Spider Eye

If you give a Mononkyus a spider eye it will dig for loot.

Protoceratops:

Biome: Deserrt & Mesa
Health: 30
Damage: 1
Behavior: Aggressive towards velociraptors
Tamable: Fern
Breedable: Apples
Healable: Fern

Can pick up and use items, like food/totems.

Blocks

Fern:

Used to tame particular creatures

The copper key is a onetime use item that can lock/unlock any chest whereas the ancient key can be used infinitely. These can be obtained when the Mononkyus digs.
