Rally Health Mod (1.21.8, 1.20.1) introduces a risk/reward combat mechanic inspired by the Rally system from the game Bloodborne.

Features:

  • After you’re hit by an enemy, you have a short window of time to strike back.
  • If you attack during this window, you can regain some of the health you just lost.
