SCP 1471 Mod (1.20.1, 1.19.2) – The Watching Shadow

SCP 1471 Mod adds a terrifying stalker entity from the SCP universe. This creature manifests as a shadowy, wolf-like humanoid with a skull-like face. It only appears after you install software on a new Phone item and either see an image of SCP-1471 or sleep. Unlike most hostile mobs, SCP-1471 doesn’t attack – instead, it stalks you silently, appearing nearby and watching from a distance. This creates a constant feeling of being watched that’s more psychological than physical horror.

• Most likely spawns again nearby after disappearing
• Cannot be contained due to its teleporting behavior
• Creates psychological horror through constant presence
• Stops appearing after the player dies
• Resets stalking behavior on death
