SCP-250 Most of an Allosaurus Mod (1.20.1, 1.19.2) – Living Killer Fossil

SCP-250 Most of an Allosaurus Mod (1.20.1, 1.19.2) adds a powerful skeletal dinosaur monster to the Overworld. It is highly aggressive, destructive, and difficult to defeat, making every encounter a serious threat for unprepared players.

Features:

• Adds the monster SCP-250 from the SCP universe
• Appears as a living Allosaurus skeleton
• Only one instance can exist in the world at a time
• Spawns on the Overworld surface like a normal hostile mob

Behavior

• Extremely aggressive toward:
  • Players
  • Animals
  • Villagers
• Has very high health and damage
• Inflicts a bleeding effect with attacks
• When angered, it can:
  • Release a roar that weakens and slows nearby targets
  • Create a screen shake effect for nearby players
  • Break fragile blocks like glass and wood

Sleep Cycle

• Usually sleeps at night when no prey is nearby
• If attacked while sleeping, it wakes and becomes hostile
• Returns to sleep when no targets are in range

Regeneration Ability

• When SCP-250 kills a creature:
  • It devours the body
  • Regenerates health

Drops and Decoration

• On death, it may drop an Allosaurus Skull
• The skull can be:
  • Worn as a helmet
  • Crafted into a placeable Allosaurus Fossil
• Placed fossil interactions:
  • Right-click to change pose
  • Sneak + right-click to rotate
  • If struck by lightning, it can reawaken as SCP-250
