Scroll Tweaks Mod (1.21.8, 1.20.1) allows you to configure the mouse scroll wheel’s effect on your hotbar. The mod allows you to reverse the direction of scrolling, prevent overflow scrolling or even disable scrolling entirely. The configuration options can be accessed using Mod Menu.
