Sparse Structures Reforged Mod (1.20.2, 1.19.4) is a simple and configurable one-mixin mod that makes all (even datapacks and modded) structures more spread out (or more common!), essentially making them rarer/easier to find. Useful in big modpacks with a lot of structures mod to encourage exploration and make the experience more challenging or balanced. This mod does not alter the generation of ores/geodes or other features of this kind, and alters very slightly the terrain and trees (not enough to be an issue to most players).

Features:

  • Add config option to control the spread-out percentage.
  • Calculation: real structure spacing/separation = original structure spacing/separation * (1 + percentage)
    • By default it’s 0.8, which means the structures’ spacing and separation will be multiplied with 1.8 (1 + 0.8).
