Super Simple Home Mod (1.21.4, 1.20.6) introduces easy to use home teleportation commands into the game. With the mod installed, players can use the /home.set [Name] command to set their current location as a home. Players can then use the /home.go [Name] command to teleport to the chosen home wherever they are in the world. A player can set more than one home under different names. A list of commands and their uses, as noted by the developer, are given below.
