The Creation Mod (1.20.1, 1.19.2) – Night Stalking Horror Hunter

The Creation Mod (1.20.1, 1.19.2) adds a horror-style hunter creature to Minecraft that appears at night and pressures players with tracking, mobility, and surprise behaviors. It is designed to create tension through different spawn forms and warning effects.

Spawn Rules

• Spawns only at night in the Overworld
• Does not spawn in oceans
• Can appear both on the surface and underground

Movement Abilities

• Can pass through 1×1 spaces
• Can step up pillars up to 4 blocks high
• Swims very fast
• Can break doors
• Movement speed is similar to the player

Detection & Pressure Effects

• If you are within 30–90 blocks, you receive a Paranoia warning effect
• Within about 15 blocks:
  • Applies Blindness
  • Prevents sprinting
• While chasing, it always knows the player’s location

Special Spawn Variants

• Staring Mode
  • Stands and watches the player
  • Triggers if approached too closely
  • Emits a loud scream when activated
• Observation Mode
  • Appears as a glowing face texture
  • Disappears when the player gets near
• Fake Variant (Rare)
  • Runs toward the player
  • Vanishes just before reaching them
• Invisible Variant
  • Sneaks up unseen
  • Plays a loud sound cue
  • Then begins chasing

Chase Behavior

• Can disappear during a chase
• Disappears faster if the player gets very close
• If farther away, disappearance may take about 14 seconds
