Touhou Little Maid Mod (1.21.1, 1.20.1) adds Japanese anime-style girls to Minecraft, serving as housekeepers or assistants, commonly referred to as maids. These are cute and highly attractive mobs that are extremely useful in regular gameplay. They can assist in combat, pick up items, cook, smelt, grow plants, and perform many other tasks.

This isn’t the first mod to introduce maids to the game; there’s an alternative mod called LittleMaidMobX. However, Touhou Little Maid is far more comprehensive, adding a wide range of Japanese-themed decorative elements, a “power” system (akin to magic), and an altar used to summon maids and craft other items.

To tame a maid, use a cake. For crafting recipes, information, and structures, the Patchouli mod will help by providing an in-game guidebook if installed.
