Weather and Tornadoes Remastered Mod (1.21.11, 1.21.10) is a modern remake of the classic Weather and Tornadoes mod by Corosus. It brings large-scale, global weather events back to Minecraft with improved systems and new mechanics. This mod overhauls Minecraft’s weather with multi-stage storms, strong wind, and dynamic environmental effects. It reintroduces destructive tornadoes and waterspouts that interact with terrain, mobs, and structures. The mod adds many new blocks and items focused on wind control, storm detection, and survival preparation. All weather behavior is highly configurable, allowing players to balance realism, difficulty, and performance.

Features:

Storm Stages
- Thunderstorms progress through 5 severity stages.
- Higher stages mean more lightning and greater danger.
Tornadoes
- Tornadoes can lift mobs, blocks, and destroy terrain.
- Stronger stages cause more damage and can break tougher blocks.
- Global Destruction Level:
  - 0 – Minimal damage
  - 1 – Realistic damage
  - 2 – Devastating damage (default)
Waterspouts
- Weaker tornadoes that form over water.
- Do not destroy terrain and disappear on land.
Storm Clusters
- Localized wind amplifiers inside global storms.
- Increase wind strength and may spawn powerful tornadoes.

Weather Types

Heavy Downfall
- Stronger rain, louder sound, puddle formation.
- Slows movement and can damage crops and redstone.
- Snowy biomes cause snow buildup and frostbite.
Wind
- Passive daily event affecting outdoor areas only.
- Moves particles, mobs, items, and can trigger doors or levers.

New Blocks

Tornado Sensor – Emits redstone signal when a tornado is nearby.
Tornado Siren – Sounds an alarm; villagers flee indoors.
Wooden Canopy – Protects crops from heavy rain.
Rainfall Detector – Redstone output when exposed to rain.
Turbine – Pushes entities using stored wind energy.
Wind Channeler – Collects and stores wind into vessels.
Storm Infuser – Upgrades wind-based items using tornadoes.
Tornado Dispeller – Destroys tornadoes when sucked inside.

Weather Forecaster
- Predicts upcoming weather events.
- Storm mode tracks tornadoes and triggers alarms.
Wind Core
- 5 power stages with increasing wind control.
- Abilities include lifting mobs, moving blocks, and mini-tornadoes.
- Upgraded using a Storm Infuser.
Shockwave & Drill Tools
- Manipulate terrain and entities using wind force.
- Upgradeable through storms.

Puzzle Chambers

Special structures found in flat biomes.
Require wind mechanics to solve.
Only source of Weather Devices used for crafting.
Do not break blocks inside; most do not drop items.

Custom Tornadoes

Create up to 2 custom tornadoes per world.
Editable in creative mode via the weather menu.
Supports rare Stage 6 storms for extreme events.
