Legion of the Rings Mod (1.21.8, 1.21.1) – Command Hired Armies and Hunt

Legion of the Rings Mod adds army command features and a rival tracking system for the Middle-Earth mod. You can hire troops, group them under unique tags, and call them into battle across long distances. NPCs that defeat you turn into persistent rivals with special traits and higher ranks. Defeating these targets grants extra loot, bonus points, and gold coin bounties.

Features:

• Recruits faction troops through a dedicated hiring screen.
• Follow and Stay orders give full control over unit movement and combat behavior.
• Hired soldiers defend their leader, assist your current targets, and teleport safely if they fall behind.
• Assign custom army tags to group your forces and manage squad deployments.
• Summon entire armies or ungrouped units directly to your position with the invasion menu.
• Recalls units from distant or unloaded chunks without losing their data.

Nemesis System:

• Defeating NPCs creates personalized rivals that randomly ambush you during your journey.
• Rivals gain higher ranks, better stats, and unique titles whenever they manage to defeat you.
• Special titles grant custom abilities, such as inflicting poison attacks on hit.
• Eliminating a rival drops bonus points and custom loot tables.
• Keeps exact rival data including unique identifiers, worn gear, and ranks permanently saved.

Bounty Screen:

• Displays up to nine active and completed targets in a clean interface grid.
• Hovering over an active target previews their three-dimensional model and title details.
• Completed target cards reward between one and three gold coins upon claiming.
• Stores claimable coin rewards safely across world reloads and screen exits.

Commands:

• /nemesis list: displays active rivals with their short identifier and mob type.
• /nemesis bounties: opens the bounty interface to track targets and claim rewards.
• /nemesis summon <id>: spawns a specific saved rival using their identifier code or full ID.

How to Use:

1. Interact with a hired unit to open their status menu, check stats, give orders, or set an army tag.
2. Press I to open the war interface and enter your army tag.
3. Click the invasion button to summon your squad directly to your location.
4. Type /nemesis bounties to review rival progress and collect earned gold coins.
