Simple Radio Mod extends the Simple Voice Chat mod by adding radio communication. This addon lets you talk with your friends over long distances in Minecraft using special frequencies. Instead of regular voice chat groups, you can tune into specific radio channels to communicate from far away.

Features:

  • Adds a handheld radio item that you can use to talk to other players.
  • The radio can pick up the voices of other players standing near you and transmit them.
  • Includes a radio block that listens to a frequency and plays any audio it receives.
  • Use the microphone block to capture the voices of all nearby players and send them over the radio.
  • Communicate using frequencies instead of the standard voice chat groups for a more realistic feel.
  • Customize your radio at the Radiosmithing Station.
  • Choose between FM and AM transmission types, each with its own advantages.
  • The audio quality changes dynamically, becoming less clear as you get farther away from the signal source.
  • Set up transmitter and receiver blocks to send and receive audio signals.
  • Attach an antenna to your blocks to increase their signal range.
