ALL Death Messages Mod (1.21.5, 1.20.1) allows you to enable death messages for any and all entities that you want. By default, death messages are sent out in the chat for all mobs in the game. If a random chicken somewhere in your world decides to jump into lava and die, the death message for that chicken will be sent out in the chat.
