Beyond Mines Falling Mod (1.20.5, 1.20.1) enhances Minecraft’s falling mechanics, offering gravity-defying adventures by eliminating fall damage on certain natural blocks and introducing new features for fall control. Primarily designed for the BM: Exosphere modpack with its vertical worlds, it adds high-risk/high-reward elements, making exploration more dynamic and forgiving in high-altitude scenarios.

Features:

  • Removes fall damage when landing on leaves (both vanilla and modded), replacing it with exhaustion as a balanced trade-off.
  • Certain natural blocks like bushes, lily pads, azalea, or pumpkins break upon impact, adding environmental interaction.
  • Press Shift while falling to accelerate descent, with default settings enabled for customizable control.
  • A new item that grants temporary fall damage immunity, useful for risky jumps or Elytra flights.
  • Developers can add more blocks via tags to tailor the mod’s behavior to specific modpacks.
