Carbon Steel Mod 1.8.9

Too much iron but no diamonds? Carbon Steel Mod 1.8.9 adds in a new ingot which is better than iron and just slightly worse than diamonds. All you need is iron, sulfur (from gunpowder), manganese (from pumpkin seeds), and charcoal.
