Cinematic Cataclysm Mod (1.21.1, 1.20.1) – Boss Battle Cutscenes

Cinematic Cataclysm Mod (1.21.1, 1.20.1) is an addon mod for L_Ender’s Cataclysm that adds one-time intro cutscenes to boss fights. When you encounter a boss for the first time in a dungeon, a cinematic cutscene plays before the battle begins. Players are invulnerable and cannot be targeted during the cutscene, making it safe to watch. The cutscenes activate for every nearby player, but only players in survival mode will be teleported to the proper viewing position.

Features:

• One-time intro cutscenes for Cataclysm bosses
• Only plays once per dungeon, not every time you fight the boss
• Bosses with cutscenes: Scylla, Maledictus, Leviathan, Ancient Remnant, and Ignis
• Players are invulnerable during cutscenes
• Players cannot be targeted by enemies during cutscenes
• Cutscene activates for all nearby players
• Only survival mode players get teleported to viewing position
• If using EntityCulling mod, add these to entity tick culling whitelist:
  • cinematiccataclysm:maledictus_cutscene, cinematiccataclysm:scylla_cutscene,
  • cinematiccataclysm:ignis_cutscene, cinematiccataclysm:ancient_remnant_cutscene,
  • cinematiccataclysm:leviathan_cutscene
