Connected Blocks Addon (1.21) changes how blocks visually connect in your world. Instead of the usual grid look, where each block shows individual borders, this add-on gives many blocks connected textures-meaning their edges align smoothly with adjacent blocks, so structures look cleaner and more seamless, similar to the CTM (Connected Textures) feature from OptiFine on Java Edition.
