Datapack Load Error Fix Mod (1.21.5, 1.20.1) is a lightweight utility mod for Minecraft that helps restore and continue using your world when you have deleted mods or datapacks containing content such as dimensions, blocks, entities, which can leave references that cause errors when loading the world.

Features:

  • The mod automatically finds and removes dimension references that remain in the world after you remove the mod that contains them. This prevents world loading errors due to invalid values.
  • The mod scans areas in the world to identify entities that are no longer part of any mods or datapacks you have installed. These entities are removed from the data to avoid crashes when you move to areas that contain them.
  • The mod handles old entity blocks from removed mods to avoid errors when chunks try to load invalid data. This helps avoid freezing or returning you to the menu when entering a world.
  • All of this happens automatically when you open a world. The mod does not affect gameplay and does not add new content, so it is compatible with many modpacks.
  • Before editing data, the mod creates a copy in case you want to restore the world to its original state.
