DiscordSuite Mod (1.12.2, 1.11.2) – Minecraft Discord Enhancement

DiscordSuite Mod adds discord rich presence support to Minecraft.

Features:

• Rich Presence instead of “is playing Minecraft” text.
• Displays whether you are in Singleplayer, Multiplayer or in the Main Menu.
• Shows elapsed time since you started a game (time resets on join world).
• Displays dimension you are currently in.
• Displays modpack you are currently playing (limited to specific supported modpacks).
