Dungeon Difficulty Mod (1.21.1, 1.20.1) is a mod that significantly increases the challenge of Minecraft’s gameplay by adding new dangers, rare resources, and making mobs stronger. Embark on a journey through an altered world where every mob poses a potential threat. The mod gradually ramps up the difficulty, starting with minor changes and culminating in hardcore challenges.

Features:

Mobs become stronger when more players are online simultaneously.
Mobs spawning in different locations (such as dimensions or biomes) have enhanced attributes (e.g., health, attack damage, armor).
- All hostile mobs in the Nether have increased health, attack damage, and armor.
- Creepers in the jungle have more health and increased movement speed.
To match zone-specific difficulty, items looted from chests or mobs have improved attributes (e.g., attack damage, armor, maximum health, etc.). Some loot tables receive special buffs:
- All looted items in the Nether are stronger.
- Weapons looted from desert pyramid chests have higher attack damage.
The mod uses regex to allow customization of mob and looted item attributes.
- All epic-tier weapons in any dimension receive a 10% attack damage increase.
- Husks in the overworld’s desert biome have an additional 20% health and movement speed.
