Hand Minecart Resource Pack changes how minecarts look when you hold them. It turns the normal flat item into a small 3D cart. You can even see your own player character sitting inside the cart while you hold it. The pack updates the shapes of all cart types, like chest and furnace carts, to look better in your hands.
