Harder Natural Healing Mod (1.21.8, 1.20.1) gives you control over the healing process in the game, allowing you to customize difficulty to your liking. It makes beacons, bandages, potions, healing items, and spells more valuable. By default, the mod slows down natural healing and adds a small health recovery boost each morning when the player wakes up.

Features:

  • Adjust how fast players heal per second (default is 0.25 HP/sec).
  • Players heal a small amount when waking up in bed.
  • Healing pauses briefly after taking damage (default: 20 seconds).
  • Control how much hunger is needed to trigger healing.
  • Healing consumes food saturation—tweak how much per heal.
  • Enable starvation and damage even in peaceful difficulty.
  • Configuration Options:
    • Choose from Easy, Normal, Harder, Superhard, or Wakeup-only modes.
    • Use /hardernaturalhealing to adjust settings in-game.
    • Toggle logging and chat feedback for modpack developers.
