How to use:

•  Open your chat in your Minecraft: Bedrock Edition world and use the following command, /tag @a add ss:hide_health and it will hide the health indicator for all online players.
• To add the health indicator back to players use the command, /tag <playername> remove ss:hide_health and it will add the health indicator back to showing above the specified player head.
