Armor stays hidden on every player with Hide Player Armor, which conceals the armor models on your own character and on other players while keeping all of its protection and properties intact.

That lets players show off custom skins without gear covering them. Unlike similar packs, it only targets player armor, so armored mobs remain fully visible, which helps in survival mode where armored creatures are worth noticing. The pack is purely cosmetic and leaves gameplay unchanged. It is a resource pack for Minecraft Bedrock that focuses only on how player characters look.
