Ice Boat Nerf Mod (1.21.10, 1.20.1) is a simple modification that reduces the speed of movement on ice while in a boat, making it equal to, for example, the speed of movement on land.

Features:

  • Boats no longer move faster on ice than on regular ground blocks.
  • Restores realistic boat movement speed – similar to moving on dirt or land.
  • Encourages the use of alternative fast travel methods such as:
    • Piston bolts
    • Dolphin highways
    • Railways
    • Piston worms
  • Improves gameplay balance and realism by removing the overpowered “ice boat” mechanic.
