Minecraft offers a number of animals that you can tame as pets. This includes mobs like wolves, cats, parrots, etc. That way this works is that you tame an animal by giving them their favorite food until heart particles appear. Once a mob is tamed, you can right click on them to put them into active mod or into rest mode. A tamed pet in active mode will follow the player wherever he goes. This works fine, until you have a large number of pets that follow you around wherever you go. You will have to manually right click each pet to put them into rest mode. This may sometimes put your pet’s life in danger if they teleport to you while you are exploring dangerous terrain. IndyPets Mod (1.20.4, 1.19.4) is here with a quick and easy solution. This mod adds the /indypets command. Using /indypets whistle will teleport all your pets within loaded chunks towards you. Using /indypets unwhistle will prevent them from following you around. Furthermore, you can achieve the same results by right clicking the pet while crouching to make them follow you or not individually.
