Paranoia Mod introduces a dynamic paranoia mechanic. It activates under specific adverse conditions such as injury, hunger, inclement weather, darkness, and underground or underwater exploration. When triggered, the mod induces a state of heightened tension through various unsettling effects. Consequently, players will face challenges including the inability to sleep, persistent mob pursuit, and unpredictable sensory disturbances.

• Introduces a state of paranoia triggered by specific survival conditions in the Overworld.
• Prevents sleeping and causes hostile mobs to actively stalk the player during paranoia.
• Generates random, unsettling messages and strange sounds.
• Inflicts random damage and causes the player to hear phantom footsteps and creeper hisses.
• Can lead to the random loss of hunger and the dropping of held items.
• Creates unique auditory effects, such as breaking blocks and eerie ambience, specifically underground, and brings the fog closer.
