Prion Infection: Whispers From Within Mod (1.20.1, 1.20) brings a deeply unsettling and evolving infection mechanic to Minecraft. After a nuclear disaster, a radioactive element—eka-francium (UUE119)—causes regular proteins to corrupt into prions, spawning aggressive mutated creatures that continuously evolve.

Features:

  • The world is governed by an infection phase. As infected creatures kill more hosts or evolve, the infection phase rises. Killing infected mobs reduces it.
