Prion Infection: Whispers From Within Mod brings a deeply unsettling and evolving infection mechanic to Minecraft. After a nuclear disaster, a radioactive element-eka-francium (UUE119)-causes regular proteins to corrupt into prions, spawning aggressive mutated creatures that continuously evolve.
