Shut Your Eyes Mod (1.20.1, 1.19.2) introduces a new creature that haunts you throughout your game. The creature appears when you are the most vulnerable and can attack you only if you can see it. This means, you can escape the wrath of the creature simply by closing your eyes and ignoring its existence. As soon as you sense the creature, press the keybind to close your eyes. This keybind is set to G by default, but can be configured in the keybind settings. Also, press the ENTER key to hold your breath. Once the sound cues indicate that the creature is gone, you can open your eyes and breath, and then continue your game.
